After more than a decade in the recruiting and staffing industry, I am excited to begin this new chapter as the founder of North Wolf Recruiting. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to partner with exceptional clients, talented professionals, and incredible colleagues across a wide range of industries. Those relationships have shaped who I am professionally and continue to influence how I approach every search, partnership, and conversation.

Prior to launching North Wolf Recruiting, I spent over ten years with Akkodis, where I progressed from Engineering Recruiter into Business Development and Relationship Management leadership roles. During that time, I worked closely with organizations ranging from growing businesses to enterprise-level companies, helping them identify, attract, and retain top talent while building long-term partnerships founded on trust and results. Along the way, I was honored to receive multiple Akkodis Elite recognitions, an achievement that reflects the incredible clients, candidates, and teammates I had the privilege of working alongside.

Originally from Boston, I moved to Minnesota as a teenager and have proudly called it home ever since. After graduating from Saint John's University, I began my career in the nonprofit sector before discovering my passion for recruiting. What started as a focus on engineering talent evolved into a career centered around helping organizations solve business challenges through people, relationships, and strategic hiring.

One of the things I love most about this profession is that there is always something new to learn. Every conversation provides an opportunity to understand a new technology, industry, business model, or career path. That curiosity, combined with a genuine desire to help others succeed, has allowed me to build a reputation as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

North Wolf Recruiting was founded with a simple belief: recruiting should be personal. In an increasingly transactional world, I believe the best results come from building authentic relationships, understanding what truly drives people and organizations, and approaching every search with integrity, transparency, and urgency.

Today, I live on Lake Minnetonka with my daughter, who is the inspiration behind everything I do. Becoming a father has been the most meaningful experience of my life and serves as a daily reminder of the values I strive to bring into both my personal and professional relationships: accountability, honesty, hard work, and commitment.
